TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COMPANY APPLICATIONS

By downloading or using any application (collectively referred to as "Applications") created by "Ellow.tech", you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Applications. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Applications or use the trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights related to them without prior written consent. All rights, including intellectual property rights, remain with "Ellow.tech."

"Ellow.tech" reserves the right to modify the Applications or charge for their services at any time. Users will always be informed clearly of any charges prior to incurring them.

The Applications store and process personal data you provide. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the Applications secure. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it can compromise its security and affect the functionality of the Applications.

Some Applications may use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using the Applications, you acknowledge and accept these third-party terms.

"Ellow.tech" is not responsible for:

·Application functionality when the device lacks an active internet connection.
·Charges incurred by your mobile network provider during the use of the Applications, including data roaming charges.
·Loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided by the Applications.
·Device issues, such as running out of battery or compatibility with future updates.

"Ellow.tech" may update the Applications to ensure functionality and compatibility with system requirements. Users are required to accept updates to continue using the Applications. We may also discontinue an Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the user will end, and the user must uninstall the Application.

Some Applications may offer premium features through a subscription model. Prices include applicable taxes, and users are responsible for any additional remittance. By purchasing premium subscriptions, you agree to the refund policies of the respective app stores:
·For Google Play Store purchases: Refer to Google’s support page.
·For Apple App Store purchases: Contact Apple’s support team. Refunds are managed solely by the respective platforms.

"Ellow.tech" may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Users are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions regularly. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted.
