Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. By joining this Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and submitting their data on the website ellow. tech (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") by filling in the fields of various Forms (hereinafter referred to as the "Form") on the Site, the User consents to the processing of personal data and their transfer to the data processing operator — Ellow LLC, which has the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) 6 679 176 728 and Tax Registration Reason Code (TRRC) 667 901 001, under the following conditions.
1. USER:
● Confirms that all the data provided by them belongs personally to them;
● Confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully and fully read the Agreement and the terms of processing their personal data provided in the fields of the online application (registration), and that the text of the Agreement and the terms of personal data processing are clear to them;
● Expresses consent to the processing of personal data without reservations or restrictions (hereinafter referred to as "Consent"). The moment of acceptance of the Consent is the marking of the appropriate field in the Form and clicking the submit button on any page of the Site;
● Confirms that by giving Consent, they are acting freely, of their own will, and in their own interest.

2. THIS CONSENT IS GIVEN FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BOTH AS WITHOUT THE USE OF AUTOMATION TOOLS AND WITH THEIR USE.
3. CONSENT IS GIVEN FOR THE PROCESSING OF THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL DATA OF THE USER, PROVIDED BY THE USER IN FORMS OR IN FILES ATTACHED TO THE FORMS:
● First name and surname;
● Position, organization;
● Phone number;
● Country;
● City;
● Areas of interest, services, and fields;
● Email address;
● Other personal data provided by the User in forms or files attached to the forms.

4. THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA IS ITS STORAGE AND USE, INCLUDING:
● Responding to User inquiries;
● Ensuring the User's interaction with the Operator's website;
● Sending information to Users about the Operator's activities, services, analytical materials, and informing Users about upcoming events organized by the Operator, as well as registering Users for participation in such events;
● Entering into an agreement with the User.

5. BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE USERs EXPRESS THEIR INTEREST AND GIVE FULL CONSENT THAT THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS: COLLECTION, RECORDING, SYSTEMATIZATION, ACCUMULATION, STORAGE, CLARIFICATION (UPDATING, MODIFICATION), RETRIEVAL, USE, TRANSFER (PROVISION OF ACCESS), ANONYMIZATION, BLOCKING, DELETION, DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
6. THE USER'S CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IS SPECIFIC, INFORMED, AND DELIBERATE.
7. THIS USER CONSENT IS CONSIDERED TO BE EXECUTED IN SIMPLE WRITTEN FORM.
8. IN THE COURSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA, THE OPERATOR HAS THE RIGHT TO PERFORM: COLLECTION, RECORDING, SYSTEMATIZATION, ACCUMULATION, STORAGE, CLARIFICATION (UPDATING, MODIFICATION), RETRIEVAL, USE, TRANSFER (DISSEMINATION, PROVISION, ACCESS), ANONYMIZATION, BLOCKING, DELETION, DESTRUCTION OF THE USER'S PERSONAL DATA.
9. THE TRANSFER OF USERS' PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES IS NOT CARRIED OUT, EXCEPT FOR PERSONS ENGAGED IN PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING ON BEHALF OF AND ON INSTRUCTION FROM THE OPERATOR, AS WELL AS IN CASES ESTABLISHED BY LEGISLATION. IN CASE OF USERS' PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS ORGANIZED BY THE OPERATOR, THE OPERATOR HAS THE RIGHT TO DISCLOSE THE RELEVANT PERSONAL DATA OF USERS TO PERSONS INVOLVED IN THE ORGANIZATION OF SUCH EVENTS.
10. THE OPERATOR HAS THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME. THE DATE OF THE LAST UPDATE IS INDICATED IN THE CURRENT VERSION OF THE AGREEMENT. THE NEW VERSION OF THE AGREEMENT ENTERS INTO FORCE FROM THE MOMENT IT IS PUBLISHED, UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY THE NEW VERSION OF THE AGREEMENT.
